KFC — Restaurant in Warsaw

This KFC has its positive things about it such as the affordability of the food and the great variety of options they have when it comes to menus. I liked that there are several self-service kiosks, they are really useful and save a lot of time.

However, we had to wait A LOT for our order. We had the number 28 in the chronological order, and after at least 20 minutes, they were giving out number 80 and above, but ours was still “in the making”…. I got fed up and went up to one of the workers and asked him about the order. He was nice, he understood and spoke good English and started preparing the food. But this was ONE person from the 5-6 working, and only after I went up and asked about the situation…. What would have happened if I kept on waiting? Our order wasn’t even big and they were giving out three times bigger meals to people who were 20 numbers after us…

Based on this event, I cannot give a rating over one star. KFC get yourself together, and learn about chronological order! And huge thanks to the guy who...

Its good to have price is very low and lot to choose from menu various combo set available whixh is pretty much affordable for your pocket if compare to other fastfood brand like mcdonalds , burger king .

Only problem why i deducted 1 star is when i ordered i have to wait for 15 minute for my order that too i had to remind them twice where is my order and they said they missed it on second approach to another employee and then post that they provided me order in 2 minute . Its first time i got into such situation in which i had to reach out to counter to remind about my order by showing receipt and token number .

Really rude behaviour by staff they spoiled my order completely I ordered churros and when I reach them to complaint about the churros that they are inappropriate the employees were started laughing on me instead of listing my complaint I was so polite with them it was Tuesday night around 21:30 on 7 oct this type of behaviour from staff is really weird for me it spoils the image of KFC and the this KFC is in centre of Warsaw and with this kind of staff it’s spoiling the image of KFC on international level cause lot of tourists also came here so please kindly teach your staff how to behave properly with there customers I usually don’t give review but this is very inappropriate hope you will take...
