Exceptional Customer Service at Holiday Inn Warsaw

I am currently staying at the Holiday Inn located at Twarda 52, Warsaw, and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. Never in my life have I encountered such outstanding customer service, thanks to two amazing employees: Maciej and Bogusław.

Today, May 21st, I decided to extend my stay for an additional four days until Sunday, May 26th. Maciej and Bogusław were incredibly helpful throughout this process, making sure everything went smoothly and efficiently. Their assistance made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant.

From the moment I walked into the reception hall, Maciej made me feel at home. His warm and friendly demeanor was so welcoming, and he genuinely went above and beyond to ensure that my stay continues to be perfect. He’s incredibly professional and attentive, always ready with local tips and recommendations that have really enhanced my visit.

Bogusław was equally impressive. His dedication to making sure I have everything I need was clear from the start. He was efficient, friendly, and had a smile on his face. Bogusław seemed to anticipate my needs before I even had to ask, which makes my stay even more enjoyable.

Together, Maciej and Bogusław have created an atmosphere of warmth and excellence that is making my stay at the Holiday Inn Warsaw unforgettable. Their commitment to outstanding service truly sets a high standard for the hospitality industry. I am so grateful for their efforts and can’t recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone visiting Warsaw.

The burger I had recently was far from enjoyable. Despite its appealing appearance and nicely toasted bun, the patty was sadly cooked far beyond the medium I requested, although it remained somewhat moist. The tomato, salad, and caramelized onions were satisfactory, but the wasabimayo ruined the experience entirely. The excessive amount of wasabi, both on the top and bottom bun, caused my eyes to tear up and my nose to burn due to the high concentration of allyl isothiocyanate. Considering the price of 52 zloti, I expected better. In my opinion, the chef should consider replacing the wasabimayo with something more pleasant and suitable, perhaps fresh chilies instead of wasabi(?). Lunch menu was 35pln, you can decide if it’s worth it.. I was still hungry. Got my soup, finished quickly, then was waiting.. after 25 mins of waiting went ask if the 2 dish will be served.. got in in 30 mins.. and I was at this time only one customer there.. so they were not busy.. just not interested.. I will definitely not come back.. wasted time,...
