SCAMMERS, INHOSPITABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. In a name of an INDIAN restaurant they serving sh*t and spoiling the name of an INDIAN CUISINE and specially the name of an INDIANS “in general “ because of the unprofessional staff who doesn’t know to takecare of hygiene and how to cook and serve the food in order. We were a group of seven people went to eat on the occasion of EID with an expectation to have a nice and good food. We ordered Singaporean fried , soups, biryani, kashmiri gosht, and more. Firstly the quantity for one portion is falsely described and taste doesn’t match with what they served not even close to it, secondly we were misinformed about the dishes will be by the server. I ordered Awadhi lamb biryani for myself in there i found big particle of burnt carbon of PAN they use i thought it may be a particle of charcoal as it was very gritty, feel like a sand and chalk and very unpleasant, ruined my whole mood. I took it out my mouth called the waiter ,he took the particle of it and of it left so I accumulated on tissue then he checked WITH UNSKILLED CHEFS, as per them it was a particle of some spices making me fool who has been eating Indian food since i was born. I stood up to check the kitchen they had messed up unhygienic with almost many pans covered with burnt carbons. I said i will take pictures and put a complain to food inspector of poland. I went back to my friends and saw they started cleaning and washing everything very fast OWNER CAN CHECK THE TIME around 8:30Pm-9:10Pm date 30th march 2025. When waiter complained to chefs just for formality as we can see they behaving, and laughing looking at us it was crazy INHOSPITABLE.

Read moreI had a very pleasant meal in Rola Pao. The waitress spoke perfect English and welcomed me in with a smile.
There was an English menu and plenty to choose from.
I went for a vegetable samosa for the starter. It was clearly made to order. The outer case was soft and the inside had a mild spice. It was delicious.
For the main I had butter chicken, rice and a butter naan. Again everything was made fresh. You can just taste it. The butter naan deserves special praise. It was delicious. The butter chicken sauce was fragrant and mild. Unlike a lot of Indian restaurants where the flavour is boosted to artificial levels. The chicken was also tender and fresh. I couldn’t fault anything.
The fact that everything tasted so good is even more amazing, when you realise that everything on the menu is gluten free!
My only complaint was the music playing in the background. It was Indian ‘Muzak’ and annoying. But I’d happily put up with it, to eat there again.
I’ve read reviews complaining of the portion sizes. I’m not a small man. I couldn’t finish everything. There’s plenty to eat, as long as it’s one person eating that dish. This place is about quality, not generic quantity.
I also saw complaints about the prices. As far as I can see, they’re the same as most places I’ve been. Remember, you’re paying for a nice atmosphere and good service as well as the food.
There are plenty rubbish Indian restaurants that will give you loads of cheap rubbish for a low price. If that attracts you....

Your response is honestly laughable. Instead of addressing the real issues, you’re trying to deflect blame and accuse customers of lying. Let me make a few things clear:
Multiple Reviews? I don’t care who else reviewed your restaurant—this is MY experience, and I have every right to share it. If multiple people are complaining about the same things, maybe the problem is YOU, not us.
Food Quality? You can spin it however you want, but the food was bland, incorrect, and overpriced. The soup wasn’t hot & sour, you served the wrong noodles, and the rice portion was laughably small. That’s the truth—own it!
Ordering More Food? Just because we ordered more doesn’t mean we liked it. We were hungry and had no other options at the time. Don’t twist the facts to suit your narrative.
Customer Service? Instead of improving your food and service, you’re here arguing with customers. If you spent as much effort fixing your restaurant as you do writing these long excuses, maybe people wouldn’t leave bad reviews in the first place.
Stop gaslighting customers, accept criticism like a professional, and do better. You just lost a...
