Sucré - Bistro — Restaurant in Warsaw

Absolutely disgusting service. We ordered two breakfasts, only one arrived at the table. When queried after 5 minutes of waiting I was told that it will take another 5 minutes of waiting. I asked that they then take away the one they brought and bring me two breakfast together as we ordered together and would like to eat together. The server then brought one warm breakfast and one cold that was waiting for that whole time! Furthermore, I was pleased with a comment “ja pierdole” when I asked that my dish is prepared to be warm, as paid for rather that re- served cold. I was given a tost from a microwave. Rudest and worst service I’ve ever received as a tourist and a patron. The lady refused to attend to us, and ignored us all the while as we sat there waiting for service. Eventually I caught her eye and she gave me the foulest look. We immediately took our stuff and left. I would like the boss to know about the kind of people they hire to run their establishments and what effect their rudeness has on patrons! We ended up at Green Cafenero in the same street for our coffee and cake, the staff was warm friendly and we had a great cheesecake! I highly recommend going...

Thank you very much bistro “Sucre” for the incredible atmosphere. This is not my first time in Warsaw, but my first time in this bistro. My friends and I ordered the following dishes: croque madame, Italian croque, potato salmon, mushroom soup. Very large portions, delicious dishes and incredibly excellent service.
