Visited many times this cafe. Always cozy for every occasion. During summer, you can sit outside and enjoy beautiful views of Krakowskie Przedmieście, if it’s raining or just really windy, you can sit inside and enjoy your time. Especially I can advise to go upstairs, very nice and comfortable tables and sofas to sit. You can order here delicious cakes/cheesecakes, tea/coffee, fresh juices, smoothies, some tasty sandwiches (check my photo) vegetarian and with meat, focaccias with mozzarella, croissants, etc. If you want, you can order everything as a take-away. Accepts cards and cash. What sometimes could be a minus, slowly staff and long time receiving your order, but in this location I was quite satisfied with all my visits. What’s more, close to all main attractions as the Royal Castle and the Old Town. Also, just behind this place there is a cool museum of caricature at the street Kozia 11. 5 steps from Telimena or better say in general Green Caffe Nero. P.s. here you will receive big portions of famous cake in Poland – beza ❤️ (on my...
Read moreIt was really pity that despite our all good experiences in different Green Caffè Nero s, we've got an unusual one today. It's still one of the best option for me but the quality of some workers here doesn't represent the general codes. They shouldn't lie while they're looking at the customers eyes. I ordered a cake with carrot and cinnamon (the name is different but I prefer to named like that as it's my fav) but the young lady gave me an old piece and it was obvious. I kindly ask her to change because that piece was old perhaps couple days old but she refused. I can understand if someone complain about taste of coffee because it's more relative but the cake wasn't (only that piece she gave, because the rest of the cake was looking delicious). However other customers behind me were agree with me. I am so sorry to cancel my order but I still wanted take my coffee just to respect the brand and others...

And i got something with coffee. And i can't have coffee. Hence the question "do you have chai ?" Otherwise i would have taken a hot chocolate. Anyway. When I realized there was coffee, I kindly explained and the only thing I got was "here's it's a coffee with spices". Ok so that's not a chai... It's not up to you to choose what something is. It's like I'm ordering a cake and you give me a piece of chocolate. You don't make your own definition. So yes, came back to my muffin, with no offer for something else or at least an apology. And half way into my muffin, while I was reading they took it. Wtf... So i paid 37 pln for half a muffin. I'll...
