Mr. Pancake — Restaurant in Wrocław

The place is different, decorated in a appealing way for all these present day instagrammers and influencers, but that it as far as it goes about this place.

The waiter very bland and not interested. That should have been our first sign... We let it go, looking at the menu it had several plates that on paper looked bold in reality were a complete disaster and wrong flavour combinations.

We asked if it was possible to make changes to the pizzas, a very blunt NO. Well that just meant that they just cook the pizzas rather than making them from scratch in house, why else refuse to remove one ingredient from the pizza itself. Then we waited, and we waited, in an empty restaurant, there were another 2 tables, waiting over 30 minutes for a pizza that in every other place cooks in under 4 minutes it is bad sign.

But we waited and finally we received the pizza... Worst. Pizza. Of. My Life. The dough was bland and tasteless, they managed to under cook it in the middle and burn it the ends, a feat on itself. The flavour combinations were completely wrong and proved a mistake from my part in ordering.

All in all, the only meal in Wroclaw that we didn't had traditional Polish fare and what a mistake it proved...

Not very affordable place, at the beginning I had to wait quite a long time for the menu, when I finally got it, I placed the order (burger and drink) and then it started ... I waited about 35 minutes for food, despite the fact that the place was quite empty, I got only a burger so I thought maybe I'll get a drink in a moment, but unfortunately I was wrong. The burger itself was average, it did not knock me out with the taste, but it was not the worst either, after eating I decided that I would not wait for drink so I asked for the bill. I waited another 20 minutes for it and when I finally got the bill, it turned out there was a drink on it too. Then I told the service lady that I didn't get it, so I'm not going to pay for it, and as a reply, the only thing I got was "you really didn't get it?". After a while of fighting with the terminal, I finally got the correct bill (corrected with a pen) and I was able to leave the place...

I was really disapointed with my experience here, I had came all the way from England and identified this place as somewhere to go.

On the menu the Nutella classic pancaked looked amazing, it had blueberrys, strawberries, nuts and looks of nutella sauce.

What was served to me had no blueberries, no nuts and hardly and sauce. What i paid for for what was not on the menu. I was really disapointed and told a member of a staff and she didnt seem interested or offer a soloution to me out of good nature. I ended up paying full price for something that was falsely sold to me. If I knew my pancakes would look the way it did. I would not have bought.
