A Memorable Dining Experience – Delicious Food & Exceptional Service
We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and were absolutely blown away by both the food and the service. We ordered a meat and vegetarian plate for two, and not only was it beautifully presented, but the portion was also more than generous — we couldn’t even finish it, though we certainly tried!
Every single pierogi was perfectly balanced in flavour — rich and satisfying without being overly salty or seasoned. The potato pancakes were just as impressive: crispy, flavorful, and a great match to the rest of the meal.
We also ordered two side salads: a coleslaw with French mustard and a seasonal carrot salad (which we believe had a touch of mayonnaise). Both were fresh, nicely textured, and offered a clean contrast to the richness of the main dishes. The strawberry lemonade was another highlight — refreshing and beautifully served in a carafe with fresh strawberries and mint leaves. A lovely touch that elevated both the flavour and the presentation.
Now, the service? Nothing short of exceptional. Despite the restaurant being quite full, we were informed politely that there might be a bit of a wait — which we truly appreciated, as it gave us the option to decide. We were seated at a cozy table for two and were quickly greeted with menus. Our waitress, Nina, was an absolute gem. She helped us choose the perfect combination of dishes with just the right questions, making sure everything was tailored to our taste.
Her kindness and cheerfulness really made the experience special. She even checked in with us during the meal to ensure everything was to our liking — a small gesture that says a lot. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, she gave me with a balloon (yes, the kind meant for kids!) after my boyfriend mentioned how much I love them. Not only did she not laugh or judge — she genuinely embraced the moment and even asked if I wanted one or two. That kind of warmth and attentiveness is rare and deeply appreciated.
The atmosphere of the restaurant matches the quality of everything else — cozy, welcoming, and full of life. It’s clear that this place is run with heart.
We left full, happy, and already planning to come back. Highly...
Read moreA wonderful place. Not very visible from the outside, the place deserves a big Wow! A nice girl greeted us with a smile at the entrance and led us to the place. Inside, a very stylish and tastefully decorated place with many tables in different configurations. After a short conversation we placed our order, we chose the "Dish for two - meat" and ,,Pielmieni". We were informed that due to the freshly prepared dishes the waiting time would be about 20 minutes but I have to admit that this time passed like lightning. When we received our dish we understood that we would not be able to eat these delicacies but luckily, there was an option to pack the rest to go. I tried one of the pierogi from the oven and my taste buds went crazy. The crispy crust and soft juicy interior were the first things I felt and a moment later the flavors contained in the excellent meat filling reached me. A great preview of the further adventure with pierogi. Each of them with a slightly different filling and dip, some from the oven, others from water but how they tasted can not be described in any other way than a bomb of flavors and aromas. In the meantime, the pelmeni also got their chance and I have to admit that they did not disappoint us in the slightest. Delicious, juicy and it is only a pity that each the stomach has its capacity because it is impossible to tear yourself away from the food. It was a truly wonderful feast and after all, we have eaten pierogi in various parts of Poland more than once. The whole thing was complemented by the very nice waitress Monika, who with discretion and a beautiful smile made sure that we lacked nothing. Also thanks to her, this dinner - feast was exceptional. Monika said goodbye to us with her charming smile and invited us to visit again. I am sure that when we are in Poland again and staying somewhere near Wrocław, we will definitely visit this place and with real pleasure. I also recommend you to check out what I wrote above. I thank the entire team of the place and especially Monika and the chefs for their craftsmanship and skills. Greetings and...
Read moreThis is the place we sat at most. The food here is just great, that is, if you like "dumplings". They are pierogi and not dumplings, but it translates easier I guess. Anyway, be sure to visit this place when you are in Wroclaw.
We were in Wraclaw with blazing hot weather (30c) and the place was packed, inside and outside. There were even days there were rows of people outside, waiting to get a spot at a table. Eventhough that was the case, you will not be chased away with hasty service or constant nagging waiters. They continue to serve you and you can still chill and relax after your meal, even if there is a row.
And the food, THE FOOD! This is so great. Many different pierogi to try and there is one for every taste of the rainbow here. I'm not a big fan of mushrooms, so I got mostly meat and sweet ones, but boy, are they good. They come coocked when you just order of the menu, but if you ask, they bake them. This gives them a nice crispy outside, which is better tasting in my opinion. Be sure to try the "serem", which is sweet cheese, and the meat stuffed ones. They are the best on the menu.
Oh, and watch out for the spicy big one on the menu. That one is hot as hell and almost impossible to hunker down. I've seen many customers strugle with that one.
5 starts for just amazing tasting food alone, which is accompanied by good service and a great atmosphere inside and outside the restaurant. This is the number 1, must visit...
