KITCHEN IS CLOSED FOR NO SENSE
Worst experience ever: since Vlad is not working there, this place became a joke over the time. Undisciplined people that do what they want and they could work in a circus as clowns...have no clue how to work in a restaurant, especially one that supposed to have italian infusion.
Went there on last Thursday with 2 friends at 8.40.... on THURSDAY EVENING not a Monday or Sunday!
Despite there were a lot of empty tables the waiter made us wait to get seated and only after waiting for few minutes she comes back and says: the kitchen is closed. Is this a joke? Like the kitchen is closed at 8:40 on a Thursday evening despite reading the place is open till 11.
Now I understand you can close the kitchen before 11 maybe 10? But seriously this is bloody joke whoever runs this restaurant must be totally negligent to realize his people are doing what they want. YOU CANNOT PRETEND TO SERVER DINNER IN A RESTAURANT AND CLOSE IT AT 20:30 this is a joke. I think you must come back to the ABC of catering here... I will explain it for you tho: If you have to give such a bad disservice to Vlad's loyal costumers (or any costumer) then might as well close the place for dinner. No point to open the place so the people come at 20:40 and you tell them to go away. You look better if you do not open at all for dinner at this point I think is a no brainer and looks pretty obvious... cause like this you are...
Read moreMamma Mia, this place is for sure a hidden gem for lovers of authentic Italian cuisine. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. The highlight of our visit was watching the chef expertly prepare our pasta carbonara right in front of us using a cheese wheel, which not only made for a fantastic show but also resulted in a dish that was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious.
The oysters were fresh and perfectly shucked, offering a briny taste of the sea, while the mussels in a special crème sauce were nothing short of incredible – the sauce was so flavorful that we found ourselves dipping our bread in it to savor every last drop. The sea bass, cooked in a salt crust, was another standout. The theatrical presentation added to the experience, and the fish itself was cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavor.
The service was just as impressive as the food. The chef was a friendly presence, coming by to check if everything was to our liking, and the waitress was lovely, attentive without being overbearing. Despite the high quality of the dishes and the service, the prices were surprisingly reasonable, making this a great value for such an exceptional dining experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Riso Bar for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Italian cuisine in Wrocław. The combination of fantastic food, excellent service, and fair prices makes it...
Read moreThey are selling still water from filter in branded used glass bottles for water. They want it to look like brand new, but bottle reused. We payed 15zl/bottle.
It looks like fraud when you payed for brand new bottle, but it’s not.
We were not allowed to pick up a not finished bottle with us. When waitress noticed this she started arguing with us and scream on us. So, definitely not recommend this place just because service and fraud

Thanks a lot for your patience to my comment. But how it can be stolen in case we paid for it? I mean that f.e. if you bought a bottle of wine/soda you paid for it you are able to pick up it with you. Same comment about “we have to order them again”, it’s also applicable for all liquids that you serve
Usually, when I pay for water I expect it to be in NEW packaging and it’s included into price. It was in used bottles and we paid for it. My point was not about price for the water, why it was served like brand new when it’s not? Why bottle not included? it’s not decanter
Yes, we declined proposal regarding moneyback because problem was not in price. We were totally sure that we paid for this brand new bottle of water and we can pick...
