The tacos were okay, the quesadillas a disgrace, the rice was bland and super dry, the pico de gallo was literally 2 tiny tomato cubes, the guacamole was the only thing adding flavor to the plain lettuce. In terms of service, it was honestly disappointing. There was literally nobody in the restaurant when we arrived, so I asked the waitress if we could have a table for 4 even though we were only 2 because I dislike small tables. She said it wasn't possible because we were only 2. It was nearly 1 pm and there were no other customers there! During the high season in the Algarve! I pointed this out and she insisted it wasn't possible. At this point I didn't have enough time to find another restaurant because I had an appointment, and that was the only reason we didn't leave. I was visibly disappointed, so then, when we were about to sit at the 2 people table, she finally said it was okay to for us to have the bigger table. While we were there, only a family of 4 entered the restaurant. All the other tables remained empty. We did a lot of research on which Mexican to eat at as there is lots of choice. We were so pleased that we chose this place. The food was absolutely FANTASTIC!! We had Nachos (with cheese) to share to start and then a Burrito (beef), quesadillas (beef) and quesadillas (chicken) x 3. All meals were beautifully presented and tasted delish. The sombrero hats added to the atmosphere and were great for photos! It looks like a relatively new start up and the staff were working really hard and were very friendly.

Because we were staying at the hotel behind this we kept walking by this place on the way to other stuff. Finally went in tonight and was delighted with the food. Beautiful decor. Staff were really great - cute touch of giving us sombreos! The tacos were absolutely super, some of the best I've ever had, full of beautiful fresh pico de gallo and guac, and a great price at 13€.
