Easy — Restaurant in Almada

The waitress was so rude that we left. Since she is asking below what was rude about her and assuming it’s her just asking us to move, I am amending this review. There were multiple things that she did that were rude. When I asked basic questions about a dish, she looked at me with disdain saying to just read the ingredients. She wasn’t listening to my basic question. Restaurants all over the world have Buddha bowls and poke bowls, too. I know what they are. Just take out sesame seeds and sesame oil. It is not a complicated request when a guest has an allergy and you can say no in a way without rude body language and tone and without shaming the guest. The atmosphere is pretty nice and food is ok.

We ordered a Salmon bowl (Delicious) and a pull pork burger with 2 requirements (No chili flakes and coriander on the side).

Waitress did not understand any. Chili flakes were in the burger (my guess is, they belong to the sauce, you could come back and ask if I want the sauce).

Coriander was not on the side. When I asked she was very rude, acting arrogant and looking at us with an attitude. Told me I did not mentioned it, I did it 3 times, one pointing to the menu word, even using the Portuguese word.

If I could give zero Star I would. We came in service was super bad. They told us they don’t have enough space for 4 persons (it was only one woman inside). We felt treated rastistically. So in the end we leaved without eating and without any reason for the bad treatment by the service.

So, we were at your restaurant at 6 p.m. There's evidence and four witnesses (including the woman who was eating with you). There was no one else waiting for their order.
