Pata Roxa — Restaurant in Almada

Went with my friends whilst we were staying in Portugal in April and visiting local restaurants. The staff were helpful, friendly, funny and kind . The wait for our orders was long but there was a variety of bread slices and spreads to eat whilst we waited. The wait was worth it because the food tasted sooooo goooood and tasted very fresh (hence the wait). I ordered the octopus (never ate octopus before) and I absolutely loved it! So so glad we found this place recommendation by D.Dulce from Fish Market 🐟 in Costa da Caparica, Restaurant Pata Roxa its one of the best I have ever been to, food is amazingly tasty, after our first experience, we just kept getting drawn back, our stay in Costa was only 1 week, but we dinned here at least 3 times, amazing service by Mr Manuel 😀 Great old Vines wines, had the octopus 🐙 one of the best I had in a while, swordfish was fantastic, amongst many other dishes we tried during our stay. I was a with a group of 5 and we were the only customers all evening. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seatings, the restaurant serves a selection of fish and other seafood dishes as well as different meats. They also have a nice selection of homemade deserts which I highly recommend. Portions were huge and the staff were accommodating and attentive. Our food arrived quickly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great time!
