Went with a friend and we were the only two people there at the time so we assumed it would make service better.
The food was good. But there was inconsistency in service.
I ordered a cortado and got a flat white. I didn’t mind it because I like both. We had to wait a bit longer than usual for the food and got agitated because we were in a rush.
We understand that there are normal waiting times in restaurants but it felt like too long there.
Then, my friend wanted a dessert before finishing the main and we ordered one. We mentioned twice that we want it to be brought as soon as it’s ready.
After we were done with our main, we asked for the bill (we were in a rush). We asked it to be halved, the waitress acknowledged that and still charged my friend the full amount.
We paid, but still waited for the dessert for around 25 minutes since ordering it. Then we asked about it and the waitress said “5 minutes”. We told her that we ordered it 25 minutes ago and she looked confused. It took another 30 minutes since she said that for the dessert to arrive. We were annoyed because we had already paid for the bill

We arrived at 9:00pm and sat at the bar where Jose (from Brazil) took care of us from start to finish. He makes the best cocktails. I would let him know what you like and have him surprise you.
