Bar On the Rocks — Restaurant in Cascais

We came here for a cocktail and a view. The view is quite nice. The tables were dirty but we were outside and there are a lot of tables so that didn’t bother me the most. However the cocktail is one of the worst my husband and I have had on our trip. We got the warm sun because my husband and I both really liked Drambuie and it sounded interesting. It came to us warm but it almost didn’t seem intentional it was like lukewarm like they didn’t know if they wanted it to be warm. With the main components of the drink being brandy and drambuie we didn’t expect it to be all that strong but it was pretty much a lukewarm watered down juice, with maybe a whisper of alcohol. For $14 literally go anywhere else. The waiter also did not stop by after dropping it off to check on us and the bar is not currently busy so I’m not entirely sure why...
