It is a very good place. I'd say it deserves 3.5 stars. Nice environment. Nice selection. Good prices. Definitely worth coming back. Perfect for an afternoon coffee or a sweet treat with friends. I tried the cheesecake and it was Ok, unfortunately the filling didn't taste like cheesecake but more like cream filling. Even though, they have other options that looked VERY tasty so plenty to choose. The only let down was service. There's lack of information on how to order. We tried to order from the counter and they asked us in a rude way to order from the table, so we did. When we wanted to pay it was the opposite: Instead of paying from the table as we were served there, they asked us to go to the till. We did and spent 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our payment since everyone was apparently busy. When they finally charged us, the cashier took my credit card off my hand to process the payment without saying a word. Contacless payments are meant to be done BY THE CUSTOMER. We sat down at a table for a snack and drink and unfortunately the first person to serve us found it very difficult to help perhaps due to inexperience as she was very young and clearly nervous serving customers. After at least 15 minutes and after asking for our drinks a few times a different server finally brought them to our table and this person was simply abrupt and very rude. We asked if we could order food and a vague nod was given and then we were literally ignored, even when we tried to get other staffs attention. Well as I was on holidays in my home country Madeira I did go to that place with my wife and son and we been served by the staff with a very friendly smile but when we were there eating a cake and coffee we did see the manager been very rude with one off the ladies with not respect about the people were there and bad language with the staff so for me I will never go back to that place with that manager been there in because I did try to tell him he had no reason to speak with the girl like that and he was very rude to me also this person should be in charge of this coffee place bad language with the costumers bad reporting to...
