Try to get a photo of this complete burger as when it comes you'll immediately want to tear into it as it answers all your carnivorous needs. You'll stop for a second and realise that you wanted to do a review for the lovely and professional service that Micael and Marlene provide in this wonderful establishment and realise that you haven't done it justice😥 No matter, you'll have to come and see in real life the splendour that camera technology can't capture yet.

The owners are the stars of this experience and your island experience will be enriched coming to this quant local hidden gem. I still state the best best burger, poncha and service on the island and I've been wondering around Madeira for two years.

I can't wait to see what Micael and Marlene do next. Their passion for the service and food they provide is enriching and they provide an environment where you want to be coming back...

This is a great place - run by a really welcoming couple, the pregos, milkshakes and pina coladas were all fantastic. However, the most memorable thing was the pocha. The ponchas were by far the best that we tried in Funchal and, if you want, you can even get a demonstration of how to make them from someone who is obviously passionate about producing the best poncha that he can! We ended up popping in several times during the course of our holiday and I would highly recommend doing the same - whether it is for a snack or just to sample a poncha or two on the way back from an...

we'd been at Doca do Cavacas when we spotted a sign by the road saying they has the best Poncha in Madeira. it was on the list to try so we went for it. It took a little while, which we were told it would but it was totally worth the wait and was indeed the best poncha we had on the trip (and gentle reader, we tried a few). It was perfectly chilled and slightly thicker than the average Poncha elsewhere. The service was great and I'm so glad it came up on my Google visited so I can recommend to anyone else I...
