My family and I had a few evenings here during our visit to Carvoeiro. I call it a discreet gem as unless you know it is there you may well miss it. The small doorway up the bar leads you to the inside area but then the gem comes when you walk out on to the roof terrace. Great view towards the square and the beach beyond and great to sit at dusk watching the sun set. Great selection of drinks, very reasonable priced too. Another gem comes in the form of the staff, all very friendly, family orientated, talkative and work very hard to make sure they deliver a prompt service. Been coming here for many years, great friends of ours. Good nosey balcony views for the observationist. Nice view of the main square and the sea and beach. Stop here for a libation and a snack. The chaps are very obliging and efficient. Good atmosphere when the balcony is full and you can always get football updates from the staff. A Carvoiero landmark for many years, and may it continue to be so for many more. Give it a try....you won't be disappointed. PS wear a St Pauli shirt and you will be treated like royalty.
