11 Tapas - Restaurante & Cocktail, WineBar — Restaurant in Lisbon

I dont even know where to start with this poor excuse for a dining experience. Not only was the server rude but she purposefully charged us extra. There were 3 different items in attempt to line her own pockets. 2 items were on the bill that were not ordered nor received, the third was a double charge on a soda out of laziness on the servers part, which only added another 50 cents but on top of the other issues it became increasingly irritating. The servers name is Marcia. When asked about the errors on the bill she replied "idk I didn't make the bill". This doesn't make sense because she is the only one the bill goes through...LIAR, it seemed to be compulsory to deceive foreigners for her own interest. Avoid this restaurant at all cost especially this server. any good reviews must be bought the rudeness was beyond tolerable. Their website says they accept card but they do not. Awful experience please...

The bread, olives, and cheese was the best part of the meal. The Negroni, too. House wine was ok. The Salada Bacalhau was mostly raw onion with very little actual Bacalhau. The serve was aloof and dismissive. Was seated by the waiter then left alone for at least 15 minutes until I waved him down for a menu. I wanted to be left alone so didn’t mind too much. But I observed other service and was disappointed. A young couple next to me sat down and the waiter was gruff, told them the price of a beer and snapped they had to eat to drink. Yet every other table was drinking without eating sans mine. The Happy Hour ended but still, how about a little grace? Don’t like tourist? Don’t work in this district. Whatever. I read the good reviews so wanted to try it and chill with some good tapas. I left my salad and full glass of wine on the table, paid my bill, and found another more...

This is the WORST restaurant I’ve been to in a LONG time. I was served by Marcia and she sucks. She was super rude the whole time, made fun of what we ordered, and had a terrible attitude. I have sympathy for all her tables past and future. They failed to tell us it was cash only and implied we were dumb for not knowing. After running to find an ATM, I came back to find we were over charged 8.50 euro. For which Marcia responded with “I don’t make the bills”. Huh?! Who does Marcia you’re the server. She constantly came back to the table and made rude remarks throughout the “meal”. Do not ever even for a second consider dining at this tapas bar. The positive reviews were paid for, this place was truly terrible....
