The restaurant is on a quiet street. Unless you research or get recommendation, you wouldn’t normally come across this one. The customer service is superb. The waitress and waiter were very friendly and speak very good English. The food mostly is delicious. I highly recommend the prawns in the starter. We subsequently ordered second portion. The sauce is delicious especially to dip bread into. I had octopus for main which is well cooked and the texture is lovely. My mum had salmon fillet which sadly was very dry. It had no sauce at all and no seasoning like the chef forgot to put things on it. We wish we had kept the sauce from the starter which could have done wonders to the salmon. In addition although fillet there were still bones left. This might be a one off incident with the choice but the starter and my main were both superb. I would...
Read moreI came in genuinely excited to try their Piri Piri Chicken — but what I got was the furthest thing from it.
The chicken was burnt, dry, and bland. Absolutely no flavor, no heat, no proper Piri Piri marinade.
When I asked for sauce to try to fix it, they handed me a bottle being passed from table to table, like a sad, recycled condiment. It was not Piri Piri sauce — just some generic mix.
We waited over 45 minutes for this disaster to arrive. And when it did, it was an insult — both in quality and price.

Totally overhyped, overpriced, and underdelivered. One of the most disappointing meals I’ve had in...
Read moreI went there because of the high reviews found in Google and I don’t know if they changed owner or what happened, but it was nothing like described. The oktopus for them means 3 Tentacles on top of 2 baby potatoes, swimming on a puddle of oil and the side salad was 3 leaves with dry carrot cut in stripes with a potato peeler. I ordered bread and it was literally one bread on a basket what they brought. I ordered garlic butter and they brought 8gr of normal butter on those individual plastic packs (the forgot to mention there was no garlic). Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there if what you want is a real Portuguese gastronomic experience, but to waste your money on...
