This was a great find for lunch. The gentleman who waited on me (may have been the owner- not sure) was one of the friendliest and most helpful people that I've met in Lisbon to date. 5 starts! They only opened for us for dinner and it was such great treatment with amazing Angolan food. You definitely need some luck to eat here since they usually don’t open at night.
