Copenhagen Coffee Lab - Culturgest — Restaurant in Lisbon

It was one of my go-to cafes, because how close it was to my home at the time. They have very decent coffee, plant milk options, and great bakery products, too. As a vegan bread addict, I found my favourite vegan sandwich in Lisbon here, with hummus and roast veggies (which was always sold out if you went too late, so I assume others liked it, too), but sadly they decided to take it off the menu. They temporarily replaced it with a beetroot hummus sandwich with roast beetroot fillings for a little time, which was just straight up bad, unless you enjoy eating beets with beets. You expect some standards to be kept on a chain like Copenhagen Coffee Lab, but not on this location. Asked for an iced Americano for takeaway, it was given to me on a very small cup with almost no ice. It was not even cold. I told them, this is not how I get iced americanos on Copenhagen Lab (or anywhere else) and I told them that I usually go to the Copenhagen Lab in Alcântara, their answer: I don't know about that, but this is how we do them here! Now hear me out this is quite a cool cafe in Lisbon especially if you are further away from the center. It's what you would expect from a copenhagen coffee lab everything is good (not excellent!) quality and a tad too expensive. I love the service which is always fast and communicative. They have 5 nice places to sit and work all other tables are too small for a full study setup. only two power outlets in the entire cafe which is a minus but dont get me wrong this is one of my favorite places in lisbon to get stuff done.
