Déjà Vu Kiosk in Jardim Henrique Lopes is one of those places that captures the true spirit of Lisbon’s park culture. Located in a small but well-kept garden just off Avenida Duque de Loulé, the kiosk benefits from a surprisingly central yet peaceful setting. The park itself is not widely known by tourists, which makes it feel like a neighborhood retreat. It has a children’s playground, shaded benches, and a leafy atmosphere that provides a welcome pause from the city’s busier avenues. The kiosk fits seamlessly into this environment. With its green-painted structure and terrace seating, it reflects Lisbon’s long tradition of park kiosks that date back to the late 19th century, yet it has been given a contemporary touch under the Déjà Vu brand. The service is friendly and consistent, and the menu covers the essentials well — from coffee and fresh juices to light meals, beers, and cocktails. It’s a place where you can come equally for a quiet morning espresso or for a relaxed evening drink with friends. What sets it apart is the way it acts as a social hub for the area. Local residents, office workers from the surrounding business district, and occasional travelers gather here, creating an authentic Lisbon mix. The surrounding neighborhood is also worth mentioning: just a short walk takes you to the Marquês de Pombal roundabout, Eduardo VII Park, or even the bustling Picoas district, but this little garden and its kiosk remain pleasantly tucked away. Overall, Déjà Vu Kiosk combines convenience, atmosphere, and tradition in a way that’s both true to Lisbon’s heritage and appealing to today’s lifestyle. It’s an excellent example of how the city’s historic kiosk culture is being renewed and adapted without...

This was the worst experience I’ve had in Lisbon. The waitress was extremely impolite. I ordered an Amarguinha and asked about the price beforehand. She served a ridiculously small drink, added twice the usual amount of lemon, and then charged us €8. When I expressed that I didn’t want it, I was left with no choice but to pay. This is unacceptable—completely out of line with typical prices in Lisbon and felt like a scam. On top of that, the waitress was arrogant, attempting to justify her actions regarding the drink. I’m very upset—this was just a kiosk bar in a square...

Quick, friendly service! The drink options are as diverse as your crazy Aunt Sally's collection of cat figurines: Americanos, beer, and even a handful of creative cocktails. And don't worry about cutting the night short - they're open for extended hours. Set within a gorgeous park setting that's perfect for our furry friends, this spot has it all. Plus, keep an eye out for Dr. Muffin, the resident pup who just celebrated his first year on this earth. Is he really a doctor? Who knows. But he's so adorable that I'm tempted to schedule an appointment...

Stopped by this spot because it was close to our hotel doubletree, the red headed lady was super rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to serve us. I asked for one crepe, nothing special. This was the only place we encountered that refused to take card payment from Americans. We had a Visa card and she said they only accept Portuguese cards or cash. Made us feel really un welcomed. When I asked for our order to go, she rolled her eyes and shrugged like we were such a bother. If you are in town, don’t go here unless you want subpar service and mediocre food.
