Lisboa Comedy Club — Restaurant in Lisbon

Incredibly bad experience last night. Came into to a pretty quiet club, when the waitress approached us. She told us we could not sit at the table we were sitting and had to sit at the front. Both me and my girlfriend really did not want to sit at the front, and as the place had lots of spare tables, we felt it should not be a problem. I asked why we had to sit at the front and she said... thats just the way it works. I begged her could we stay where we were and then asked to speak to the manager. She then said we could stay where we were, but that we needed to understand the rules... and that we couldn't just walk in and sit where we wanted. I told her that there was no on at the door to greet us and sit us, so we presumed we could. She continued telling us what we could and couldn't do... to the point we just said... forget it... and left. Horrendous way to greet...

We had a good time at this stand up comedy place in Lisbon. The reason I’m only giving 3 stars ⭐️ rather than 4 or 5 stars ⭐️, is due to the food as I’m going to explain: We were 5 and each other, ordered different things pizza, Burgers and veggie options, so the Pizza 🍕 took almost 2 hours to arrive and the Double cheese burger over 2 hours. We didn’t complain or anything, we enjoyed the show the comedians were awesome, they made us laugh out loud uninterruptible, for over 3 hours, however we just wanted to have at least a small apology regarding the food delay and who knows be kind and bring us something for free… 🤭 I’m sure next time we visit you will improve! This is a nice place to go if you are looking for something different to do at night. The service at table was great and it is amazing to be able to order each item from the menu directly from the app, which is very convenient. The only thing is that people who order hamburguer (not only from our table) had to wait way more for food to arrive for those who order pizza which was not so great. They do some breaks between each presentation and people who order the burguer had to eat after the dinner brake. The presentation itself was nice.
