Dieci Pizzeria — Restaurant in Lisbon

Went here originally and had a good experience with a nice server. I went back for a second time and when the food came I requested mayo which I had the first time I went and the server gave us this no problem.

The second time around the server simply said we do not have any mayo when I asked for some & when I challenged him saying I came here the other day and had mayo he just shrugged his shoulders and said I already told you we don’t have mayo. I pressed him again saying well I got it the other day so what’s happened for the restaurant to longer have this hoping to get a justifiable explanation. He wasn’t able to provide explanation just a simple well we don’t have this what do you want me to do.

The thing that is disappointing is not the fact they don’t have mayo it’s the fact I know he is lying to my face and not telling me the truth which feels degrading and disrespectful as I am not stupid. If he was being lazy and couldn’t be bothered to get us mayo I’d rather he’d have just admitted this rather than lying and trying to cover up. So sad as the food was good and this just ruined the total experience. Ps the server we had the first time we had was lovely and it’s a shame his colleague let him down & now I won’t be returning to this...

I had lunch at this restaurant with a group of ten people, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.

Right at the start, I accidentally broke a glass — something that can happen to anyone. However, the way the staff handled it was poor; it took a long time for anyone to clean the table, and the service already seemed disorganized and inattentive.

When our meals were served, everyone at the table received their dish except me. Several waiters were walking around the area but completely ignored the situation. After some 5 minutes, I called one of them over to ask about my meal. The waiter walk away laughing and then immediately came back with my plate — which made it very clear that it had been deliberately withheld.

The lack of professionalism and respect was unacceptable. I would not return, nor would I recommend this...

I debated this response because I really enjoyed the food and the location was nice too but our server didn't really seem to be in the happiest mood that day, he wasn't really helpful or even hospitable truth be told. I will gladly spend and tip more but when you act like that, it makes myself and others choose to spend our money and time elsewhere. Will probably order to go next time if I return and that's it. If I have to dine in, I will probably go elsewhere 🤷🏽 Sad because the Diavola pizza was honestly one of the best I had...
