The food was average, the service was absolutely terrible. I eventually gave up waiting to pay and went to the kitchen where I saw the guy who was obviously the manager because I saw him telling other people what to do and he told me not through here sir as he closed the door in my face.. and I asked who was the manager? He said it was not him if it was for a complaint which I guess was an attempt to be endearing? After calling out the lie I was offered free beers but really I just wanted to pay and leave. At one point a server actually smiled at me as he picked up drinks and walked away because my my fist was planted in my face and was staring at everyone. The worst part is I was told that earlier when he arrived he actually saw that I was ignored and mentioned it to his staff. I almost just wrote my name down on a piece of paper to call me so in the morning we could sort the bill out. Outrageous! The restaurant was empty! The entire staff just hanging out and talking. There must have...

We went super early by Portuguese standards and the restaurant was almost completely empty. The waiter was so attentive and helpful. I had the baconcheese, it was very good, and I couldn't finish it all. We got the small mac&cheese and a small order of fries to share. The mac & cheese was very flavorful. The menu said "spicy" but it wasn't remotely "spicy" as I would say in America, not sure if they mean there are spices... The fries came with garlic crisps and rosemary and a side of garlic aioli. Both sides were great. I enjoyed my passion fruit lemon juice and my companion picked from their wide selection of beers. We sat outside and had a lovely view of the water, even saw a cruise ship sail by. Overall a wonderful atmosphere, good food, good people. I would return again if I find myself in Lisbon...
Read moreA wonderful place for lunch or dinner in Lisbon! A cozy spot with plenty of seating and a great view of the Tejo. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the service is fast and welcoming.
The menu is another highlight. There’s a wide selection of burgers (starting from €13), and also some nice alternatives: salads and a lobster sandwich (I’ve tried it before at another branch — it was excellent, and this one is just as good).
The wine list is well-curated, with good wines by the glass. The beer selection is truly impressive — over 20 varieties to choose from.
Located right across from Santa Apolónia, it’s a perfect place to stop for a meal while strolling around Lisbon. Highly...
