The lighting was abysmal, casting a sickly urine-yellow glow that added to the extreme discomfort. Coupled with the sauna-like temperatures, the atmosphere was suffocating and unpleasant. To exacerbate matters, the establishment's cleanliness was questionable, with reports of reused paper napkins, a gross violation of basic hygiene standards and HACCP rules.

As for the food, the pizza, touted to be a specialty, was disappointingly thin and failed to deliver on its promises.
