The server wasn’t sure if they had “natural juice” but returned with two glasses filled with ice and what tasted like bottled juice. Nowhere else had served juice with ice—everywhere else, oranges were squeezed fresh on the spot. Then we noticed a juicer sitting unused behind the counter. I asked again, switching between English, Spanish, and Portuguese (“sumo natural?”), and she insisted it was. But there was no pulp in glass and the taste was clearly off. We felt a bit scammed for €8. To make things worse, they claimed they couldn’t provide a credit card receipt—only an itemized one.
