Great food and ambience, terrible service!

The Funk Burger I got was really tasty and the fries (aside from the fact that there were many really small pieces left at the end) tasted great. Garlic mayo was very good as well and the lemonade was also perfect. There was a band playing downstairs which made for a nice ambiance along with the stylish interior.

Unfortunately we waited 1,5h for our food (!), which even at a busy time is just too much. If you‘re understaffed and taking that long just let people know before ordering. Worst thing was that the table next to us came 45min after we came in and got their food before us, made me furious!! The waitress wasn’t really nice either, we had to go to her when we wanted to order something. No apologies or explanation whatsoever for...

Terrible place, both the service and the food. We arrived when the restaurant was practically empty (only 2 tables occupied inside) and we wanted to sit in a table close to the window. We couldn’t because it was a table for bigger groups (we were 4 and the table was for 6 people). However, another table close to the window was occupied by only 2 people. We were asked about how we wanted our burgers and we asked for medium. It was completely undercooked. The hamburger also arrived cold to the table and it tasted just any regular cheap burger. The amount of sauce was also ridiculous. Never coming back. I’m not a great cook, but I’d rather make my own burgers at home than...

The burgers were pretty good, although a bit overpriced, but what really left me dissatisfied was that the Ceasar's salad had different ingredients from the, high quality, ones in the menu. Instead of 24-month cured Pamresan Reggiano, they put Emental cheese(!). When we told the waitress we are aware of the fact, they came up with some gibberish excuse and ended up just subtracring the 1.5€ (1/8 of the salad's price) from the bill, barely apologising. The whole story made us have actual doubts for the rest of the plates and their supposedly top-picked ingredients, really embarassing. Wouldn't...
