Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lisbon

Mediocre pizza that costs a fortune.

Having been a costumer of Pizza Hut throughout most of my life i can't help but notice de decline in their service and product.

The pizza's just aren't as tasty as they used to, they food isn't cooked and served in the same quality they used to and the prices are higher than ever.

Payed 30€ for a family sized pizza that for some reason was among a roster of pizzas that costed +4€ than their other pizzas, when it clearly didn't have anything special to justify the increased price.

The garlic bread came undercooked and the bread was poorly toasted.

Than it's all the strategies they employ to just fatten the bill like bringing the drinks early on in order to make you have to order some more by the time the main course is brought to the table.

Hate to say it, but Pizza Hut is just a greedy money grab that just doesn't justify the premium price they charge nowadays.

If i had to compliment anything i'd say that the restaurant looks rather nice and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. If you get a table by the window you get a nice view to the Avenue and it's a pleasing view to have while eating.

The staff is polite and nice, despite taking over 10 minutes to bring me a soda refill.

All in all, i won't be returning to Pizza Hut anytime soon. There's plenty of better options in the price range and even cheaper alternatives that serve pizza that's...

I visited in December 2023. Myself and my brother, two hungry swiss tourists, came through the doors of this pizza hut branch the night before Christmas eve.

I want to thank the manager of the branch, who's name I cannot remember anymore, unfortunately.

I want to thank the boys working there for killing my hunger that evening, producing a great pan pizza. I would come back to Pizza hut for that come once again. So much cheese!

I hope the main office of Pizza Hut in Portugal helped the manager solve their IT issue (it was not possible to place an order online and come for pickup at the store). The manager told us this was a problem he is facing since months and had little success getting help from Corporate. Hope this was resolved and they no longer have unsatisfied customers because of those issue.

I ordered a medium pepperoni and was charged for a pepperoni lovers. Not sure what that’s supposed to be, but it was the least amount of pepperoni on a pizza I think I’ve ever seen and looked quite a bit over the price I saw for a medium with one topping on the menu. The pizza and a lemonade were just under 20 euros, and was pathetic. It was probably the worst Pizza Hut pizza I’ve had, and I’ve had plenty (not saying it’s ever been a favorite though). The crust was dense and thin like they are doing something wrong.
