Bad customer service. This happened to me few months ago. I don’t know if they were staffs or owner themselves, but they refused to exchange my samosas, because I told them to give me the rounder one but instead they gave me flat ones. I’ve particularly asked them for the round ones, they said they don’t have it anymore but when they finished packing, one of the staffs brought a bowl full of round ones. I asked them if they were the one I’ve wanted and they said yes. And I kindly requested not just once but twice if they could exchanged them since l hadn’t paid yet but they refused saying it will cost me more money and made fun of me among the staffs. Today morning I have order PAYA at Radhuni which was so delicious in taste, I would like to thanks the Chef of RADHUNI Restaurant for this unique food which felt of my home town.
