Raffi’s Bagels - Estefania — Restaurant in Lisbon

Not very good. I ordered the menu that included coffee, juice and supposedly a bagel with eggs to which I added smoked salmon. When the plate arrived there was no bagel. Then I moved the eggs and there it was: the bottom part of a mini bagel was there. How disappointing. So I obviously asked for a bagel to accompany my eggs and salmon which I only received when I was near to finishing eating. Fun fact: I was actually charged for the “extra” bagel that I asked (as you can see from receipt). Needless to say cappuccino was tasteless and it didn’t even resemble the look of a cappuccino. Will not be back. Edit: Instead of taking responsibilities of what actually happened, the owner has replied that the bagel was there when the dish arrived and that I had eaten it and asked for more. I might give a second chance as I felt that the true ones are the lunch bagels and pizza bagels and my review is based on the breakfast egg bagel menu that, honestly, didn't completely fulfilled my expectations. They weren't bad, but they were just average. The juice was good, the coffee was good, the caramel pancakes that we ordered were a bit dry and could have a bit more caramel and the eggy bagel was average. Based on the good reviews, I recently visited this bagel restaurant and I have to say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. To start off with something positive, the terrace is lovely. The bagels were stale and tasted like cardboard. The cream cheese had a strange texture. And the piece of salmon on my almost empty and quite pricey bagel had a greenish colour that deeply concerned me. To top it off, the service was rude and seemed annoyed by my order.
