Sea Palace — Restaurant in Lisbon

I would recommend this place for someone who is craving better than average Chinese food and is looking for a meal to share as portions here are quite large. Prices here were reasonable for the portion sizes.

We popped in for a quick bite in this Chinese restraint by the water after a visit to the oceanarium.

The service was very friendly, however some of the staff do not know the menu well and seemed a little confused about taking some orders.

The stir fried seafood noodles were quite flavorful and the seafood in it was fairly fresh. The noodles were light and bouncy and had a good ‘wok hey’ to it.

The hot and sour soup was perfect for the slightly chilly weather by the ocean. Plenty of spice and a light sourness that wouldn’t punch you...

Recently the staff changed and currently the service is the worst I have seen anywhere. It's a pain to talk portuguese with the staff (which is not a problem if you're a tourist). The service is very very slow, the waiters are very inexperienced. Last time l ate there, there were only 4 tables with customers, and I waited 45 minutes for a noodle soup. We have been in Spain for the last seven weeks and went to Lisbon for our flight home. This restaurant was convenient to the bus station. There we had the single worst meal and experience of our entire trip. The staff’s behavior was unwelcoming, the food warmed over and tasteless and the place was noisy for no evident reason.
