Sem Cerimónias — Restaurant in Lisbon

Went to this restaurant for lunch menu they advertise they have. In reality we were six and the dishes arrived separately and late. In fact after 1 hour and 20 minutes 3 dishes hadn't arrived and we left with 3 people not being able to have lunch. And for dishes let me clarify this are tapas, which are supposed to be simple and quick. After all of it the staff was unpleasant and unpolite and instead of an apology we heard lame excuses of how the restaurant was full (there were 3 tables occupied and around 20 people there), on how the dishes don't come at the same time because it's tapas (well, then why create an individual lunch menu? Do the chef and the waitress there like to go out for lunch and dinner and not receiving the food and eating at the same time with their friends and family? This was the only place in Lisbon I went twice for dinner when on vacation here: the food is great and the host is so friendly. She speaks English fluently, gives excellent advice on the food and drinks and doesn't mind giving some good tips on local food and culture.

Small place but clean, cozy and not too touristy, great for tourists as well as locals, and for solo travelers, couples and small groups alike. Would recommend!
