Sadly, not what we expected
The concept and ambiance suggested a cozy Italian experience, but the execution fell short. The pasta was not fresh, despite being advertised as such — a disappointing mismatch between promise and reality.
The focaccia resembled a sponge cake: overly moist, greasy, and with a floury taste. The béchamel sauce shared the same issues — heavy and underwhelming. The meatballs were dense, likely frozen, and lacked flavor. The tomato sauce on the spaghetti was bland and forgettable.
Service was okay, but not warm or engaging. We love salsa music, but in this case it clashed with the Italian setting we were hoping for, adding to the disconnect.
