Tucked away in the charming Lisbon neighborhood of Santos, this Brazilian restaurant is an absolute delight. Run by a lovely couple, it is a special place which serves up great food.

The atmosphere here is cozy and inviting, and you can feel the owners' warmth in every detail. But let's get to the good stuff - the food. It's incredible! From couscous to tapioca to 'burgers' and to mandioca frita, every dish is like a little piece of Brazil on your plate. The flavors are just mind-blowing.

One moment worth sharing is from when one day, I wanted to try a dish that wasn't on the menu that day. I asked if it was possible, and they not only said yes but went above and beyond to make it even better than I expected. Top-notch service!

Their coffee is another great gem -- the best pourover coffee in town.

If you’re on the hunt for an authentic Brazilian food experience that will make your taste buds dance, Uaipi is an absolute must-visit. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the coxinhas de frango—crispy, golden-brown bites of pure perfection. They were bursting with tender, flavorful chicken and a savory, filling that made each bite incredibly satisfying. I’ve had coxinhas at many other places, but Uaipi’s version set a new standard.

Impressive were also the tapioca crepes. The beetroot one was especially good, but it's the cheesy one that I'll remember later. That decadent cheesy flavour that you know you shouldn't eat more, but you can't stop yourself.

Very cute little cafe run a a French and Brazilian couple. A group of us were just wonder the streets of Lisbon when we happen to come across this little gem. We looked in and immediately were greeted by Gregory whose enthusiasm made us come in. We explained to him we were all Vegan or Vegetarians and he said we can make lots of different things for you to accommodate your needs. We had an amazing brunch with a wide variety of unique preparations which were all amazing. The whole whole Gregory interacted with us offering us tidbits of information about food options in the city as well as interesting things he made. He gave us a taste of some rum infused with an Amazonian herb which was a wild experience. Overall we had our best dining experience in this place...
