Truly disappointed with the service, my sister and I arrived at the restaurant and waited to be seated for 5 minutes and without any interaction with the staff we decided it would be best if we walked in to make our selves seen, but still no staff seated us. We looked back and could see two other families also waiting to be seated. Then we walked up to the till Area and asked for a table for 2 but the waiter quickly told us to just wait in an aggressive manor. We looked around and there were many open tables, just the staff was too lazy to seat us. We looked back and the other families were still waiting too and looked unpleased. We waited an additional 5 minutes but then decided to just leave. On the way out one of the waitresses was blocking the way out while talking with a guest we kindly asked her to move but she didn’t budge, we literally had to push our way out....
Read moreI was looking for a place with great piri piri chicken in Vilamoura and this place came up as a top recommendation. I knew we were chancing it by showing up and seeing if they had a table. We asked about the availability of a specific table outside and we got ‘no it’s reserved’ with no look, no respect and a big heap of rudeness. We were totally expecting the lack of availability but not the straight up rudeness. No chance in hell we’ll be going back. Read moreLovely wee Piri Piri restaurant. The owner / manager is very friendly and hospitable. She provides information about the menu and specials of the day.
Very affordable prices. Portions are overfilled tapas like sizes.
The meat looks dry, but once you have that bite. It's soooo juicy. But it can be a wee bit salty.
A selection of wines.
Toilets are clean.
Restaurant can be very busy, especially at the weekends.
Local cuisine is served. Simple and affordable. Speciality is the Piri Piri chicken.
Try their homemade lemon juice in a jug. Not too sweet.
Highly recommend this particular restaurant if you are in Algarve.
Been here 2x during our 4...
