Must go! Loved this restaurant. The staff were fantastic, lovely setting within the fish market (surprisingly not smelly) and delicious, DELICIOUS food!! We had the tuna taco & calamari as a starter 🤤… and the, grilled turbot and Cataplana with tomato rice for mains 🤤🤤 Delicious!

Bistrô takes advantage of its location inside the Matosinhos fish market, and you can tell. The fish was delicious (we ordered Robalo), paired with fresh salad and grilled potatoes bathed in fantastic portuguese olive oil. The service was very attentive and took good care of us. They would always be checking with us, serving us water and asking if we needed anything. The atmosphere is great, the music is nice but not too loud, allowing you to talk if you come with others. Will definitely come back next time...
