Cafetaria Doce Sabor — Restaurant in Ourém

Today 11 April the food was not as good as the two previous times we ate the same pork sandwiches (bifanas) and the kids did not seem to enjoy their burgers as much either. Our sandwiches were a bit cold. On the previous times it was marvelous. Did not see the gentleman who was in charge this time. This place is clean next to the parking and shops and very conveniently located. Recommend the place. Fresh orange juice is great. Kids like the mango juice.

On 22 April 2023 my son went to play football in this town. After the game he wanted to eat a hamburger so we came to this place and I also asked for one. As I stared eating I felt something and pulled out a piece of plastic. A couple of minutes later another smaller piece. Meantime young girl dropped a bottle of Pedras water and eventually the woman who had been serving came to pick up the pieces of glass. I beckoned to her to show the plastic pieces. Not a word out of her. She gave me a funny look. Not even to acknowledge the fact their food was not hygienic. Just wondered what other things go in the food that we do not see!!

The chips also seemed to have been reheated they were hard.
