This is the worst restaurant we ever ate in in Portugal! The staff didn't know the simplest English, were very rude & dismissive, and unconcerned with our situation. They only provided 3 meals on their menu. The food took more than 15 minutes to arrive & despite our inquiries (seeing that other people who ordered later than us got their food), they staff (the elderly female & young male) just rudely dismissed us. I gave a 1 star since there is no negative stars. The food was very bland & looked haphazardly prepared. Even if this may be the closest restaurant near the cathedral, DO NOT EVER TRY TO EAT HERE! I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this restaurant. The wait was excruciatingly long, lasting half an hour in a line before even being acknowledged. The service was beyond slow, and the staff treated us with utter disregard. To top it off, it took an astonishing hour and a half for our food to finally arrive at our table. The mismanagement was evident as I noticed three individuals cleaning tables instead of having dedicated staff to attend to customers and serve dishes promptly.
