2R Pizzaria & Brunch — Restaurant in Porto

We stopped at this place because it was near where we were staying and what a hidden gem! We generally don't return to the same place when traveling but we make exceptions for places this good. The young man who waited on us was so nice and very attentive. The food is very good. The garlic bread is some of the best we've ever had. The pizza is very good and on our second trip we tried their pasta and it was good as well. THE VIEW! At the back, they have a window that overlooks Porto & the river Duoro. It's an amazing spot to enjoy good food and a great view! The view is so good we had several people come in because they saw it when looking into the restaurant as they walked by. This place is absolutely worth the walk. Not too far from town is an amazing restaurant with an incredible view but even more amazing service. In the three days we spent in Porto we visited Pizzaria 2R twice and LOVED it. The staff is so sweet and makes you feel at home. The pizza and pasta and ESPECIALLY the 2R Dessert (see photo) tasted amazing. Cannot recommend this...

Came in for the view, stayed for the pizza — and what a combo. One of the staff spotted my camera and invited me to grab some shots of the city from inside, and wow, the view did not disappoint. The pizza was amazing: soft crust, fresh ingredients, and that perfect cheese pull moment. Super friendly team and great vibes. Can’t wait to come back next time...
