I placed a large takeaway order from Slice of Porto: three XXL pizzas, each over 50cm. Before arriving, I called and was told “you can take as much sauce as you want, it’s self-service.” So I poured less than 2 halfs of a 200ml cup of sauce, completely reasonable for such a big order.
Out of nowhere, the owner told me not eat pizza with this amount of sauce. I explained it was a big order and when I started to pay he sarcastically said, “okay, take as much as you want.” As I was adding a bit more (still totally reasonable just two small cups total for 3 pizzas), he stormed out from behind the counter and started shouting at me in front of other customers.
Me and my girlfriend were shocked and felt genuinely scared. I’ve ordered from them before and there was never a problem with sauce. Staff were always chill. But this kind of aggressive and disrespectful behavior from the owner is completely unacceptable.

As for the service, there were two men working. The one taking orders didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming, while the one making the pizza was actually very kind and warm, which we appreciated.
In short, it’s an okay place to grab a slice, especially if you’re craving pizza. It’s not bad or untasty, just not quite worth the full price in our opinion. A whole pan? Probably not again - but a slice...
