From the west coast of Canada. I have had a lot of ramen. Here, I had the tonkatsu. It was very good. Rich broth, chewy noodles, perfectly seasoned. My one critique would be the egg was a little soft for my preference. I also prefer a marinated egg over plain soft boiled. My wife ordered 2 rolls and we karaage and gyoza to start. The spicy tuna roll was one of the best we have ever had. The vegetarian Maki was very yummy. Karaage was juicy and crunchy. Gyoza were yummy and umami. I recommend the lychee...

Place is nice, with good lighting, only one detail to get that atmosphere a 5star experience: MUSIC CHOICE! The pork itself was also quite good but I think because of the way it’s butchered in Portugal, it was a little different from what I remember from the many Ramen places I’ve been in the States, Korea and Japan.
