Tivoli Collection — Restaurant in Sintra

An unforgettable experience, a location with history, luxurious but at the same time welcoming. The restaurant staff were exceptional from reception, explanations to serving. I can say that I had one of the tastiest fish soups, excellently fried prawns and a fantastically good sauce. The wife served a beef burger, which actually tasted like tender beef. An interesting 5-star hotel with a gorgeous garden. It's worth having a meal here... the price is approx. 80 euros with two sangrias, a fish soup, a portion of fried shrimp and a beef burger with fries. Hope to see this...

Very kind staff in the most beautiful historic hotel. We hadn’t realized lunch was only served in the patio and really wanted to sit in the elegant dining hall, however the staff accommodated us at an equally charming interior bar and allowed us to view the dining hall anyhow. Honestly really disappointed here. I came out thinking it would be a luxurious dining experience in a palace. What I got was poor, inattentive service, mediocre food, outrageous prices, and a bunch of construction noise and distractions. The property wasn't well maintained from what I could tell.
