I can't say enough good things about Yukul Pizza in Tomar, Portugal, which easily earns a five-star rating. I find myself visiting this gem a couple of times per month, and I can't resist ordering the same delicious pizza every time - the Prescuitto Crudo Small (€7.50). With its flavorful combination of molho de tomate, mozzarella, manjericão, presunto, rúcula, and queijo parmesão, it never disappoints.

I can safely say that Yukal gave the best pizza I have had outside of Italy. I would say in-par with Italy. The chef clearly understands the food science of pizza and he uses the correct imported flour and long fermentation process for the dough. The pizzas are super light and easy to digest and, not forgetting, tasty!

It's no-frills, and on quiet days it's a bit echoey and sparse inside, but the delicious pizza will make it well worth the visit.
