This is the one to go for, we had a thoroughly good time here. We were lucky to get a seat straight away for dinner. A narrow restaurant with seats down one side, but this gave a friendly atmosphere and we could chat with the neighbours. Menu was good local dishes, but easier to ask what neighbours had and help chose from there. Portions were a good size and good price. They have five small tables right on the river that have beautiful views. However, the waiter was very rude. When it came time to pay he overcharged us for our wine. When we pointed to the menu he said that price was for sparking wine, however we had it translated to English accurately. We brought the matter to a manager and he did refund us the overcharge. I thought at the beginning it was a tourist trap as they are always in the busiest area ...BUT totally wrong !!!

Authentic food and great service with an amazing view on the bridge and the other side of the town.

I tried to come again on my last day but they were close (fair enough) but very sad 😭 ☺️

I keep this one in my list and will definitely come back when I return to Porto !
