YOZA Restaurant — Restaurant in Doha

We were 3 men, we sat in the restaurant which was all family oriented. They took our order, and we waited 30 minutes till we got 1 of the orders. After an hour has passed, the manager came to us and informed us that One of the ingredients is missing hence they cant complete the rest of the order. They wasted an hour and a half of our time on this, and have showed that they did not process our complete order only after an hour and a half have passed. This was my third time here but the services were poor and slow some items took long to come, unlike my past experience with QURAISH who was exceptional with great eyes on details of our orders.I didn't see him today may be he is on other shift or off today but he was kind and excellent to us during previous visits but today it was bad there was a barista I was told he is called Ramzey he had a nasty attitude towards us and his fellow staff harassing and shouting to them was unnecessary.May be he is a manager/supervisor there but someone should teach him hospitality and how to behave...
