Noisy place, i rather find this place of not appropriate atmosphere for saturday evening. Service was poor, food very doubtfull. First of all they don't list the allergènes in the menu, the waiter was rude and preffered not to ask the cook . So... if you have any food disorder... this place is not friendly, but they mention the vegan dishes. No mention to gluten free and lactose free dishes. I had the so called "avocado tartare", that it is actually guacamole served in shape of tartare which was ok but served with "bread to share" and I had the worst beef tartare I have ever eat. The so called "beeftek tartare" was some meat with a lot of maionese! Actually the only taste that i could feel was the red onion and maionese... absolutely unbelievable.... ah and ... btw... no butter on the side. So, to be clear, at a certain point i was wondering what meat was this tartare made of... as it had no taste of any meat whatsoever ... The fresh peper i had to ask for. The tabling has a lot to improve too All over is 2 stars for the fast service which otherwise is very poor as previously mentioned. I was very disapointed on this dinner... it is over-rated and too expensive for the quality u...
Read moreSomeone introduced me to this place last year. I then had their Carbonara which was very tasty. Not the best I’ve had but correctly cooked. It didn’t stand out to me then, but on a whim, I have decided I must go again. Went for dinner on a Tuesday night because we were craving pizza and had previously heard theirs was amazing. Of course, we had to try it out! Sure enough, we were not disappointed! I would most definitely recommend their pizza - the dough was AMAZING and despite it having prosciutto, it was still surprisingly fresh and light. Definitely one of the best pizzas in Bucharest, did not expect this at all! Drinks were lovely. The interior is sooo cute and warm, and the music is wonderful as well. A bit loud at times, but not that big of an issue. There are also live performances sometimes, so keep an eye out for that as well. They have a downstairs area that is highly elegant, but I’d choose it for drinks mostly. For dining, I recommend asking for a table upstairs or in their garden if the weather allows it. Huge plus - they are pet friendly! All in all, amazing experience, super pleasantly surprised about the food and will...
Read moreAnimaletto House is a cool and cozy spot that manages to blend great food with a fun, artsy vibe. The place has a relaxed, jazz-inspired feel, with quirky animal-themed artwork all over, making it unique and a bit playful. The menu is pretty diverse and everything I've tried has been delicious. The truffle risotto is rich and creamy, while the lobster soup is a real treat. The truffle tagliatelle is another highlight, with an authentic taste that stands out. And for drinks, the strawberry lemonade is super refreshing and pairs well with pretty much anything. The atmosphere is awesome, especially with the live guitar music that gives the whole place a laid-back, inviting vibe. The terrace is perfect for a sunny day, but the indoor space is just as cozy when it's colder out. The staff is friendly, and you always feel like you're well taken care of. That said, there are a couple of things worth noting. Some dishes, like the steak pasta, can be a bit too salty for some tastes and the cocktails are a little pricier compared to other places in the area. But these are pretty minor issues when you consider the...
