We were there twice, the first time we enjoyed it very much, we were very enthusiastic about the place, everything was good, and the food and the service was great but the second time we were there. There was a problem with one of the rolls, we asked for a replacement, so we went to the waitress named Ramona, who was very rude and unpleasant about our request, she told us that "it wasn't her problem" we continued to talk and she agreed and told us to order another roll instead, which we did at the end of the meal, we found out that she charged us for the roll, so we told her and she told us that in the end she didnt intend to cancel the roll and that it "wasn't her problem" again, she was rude several times. And we had to pay for a roll that we did not even finish, very disappointing, I do not think we will go back there and it is a shame because the food...

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying sushi at this restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Pentru calitatea și gustul mâncării, 5 stele. Pentru celelalte aspecte - as fi avut cu siguranță o experiență mai plăcută dacă aș fi comandat și aș fi mâncat acasă. În ciuda interiorului frumos decorat, spațiul este mic, doar 3 mese in interior și câteva scaune la bar. Nu ar fi fost asta o problema, pentru că la ora prânzului eram singurii clienți. Cu toate acestea, servirea a fost de departe cea mai slaba întâlnită de mult timp încoace. Interesul pentru noi a tins spre zero. Aș menționa doar urmatoarele: am numărat 4 oameni la bar, toți păreau mai concentrați pe a prelua comenzi și a le da livratorilor care veneau înăuntru decat pe a se uita la noi sa vada daca avem nevoie de ceva; frig afara, 15 grade, ușa larg deschisa, si în ciuda faptului ca stăteam cu gecile pe noi în interior, inclusiv cu 2 copii, nimeni nu s-a sinchisit mâcar sa ne întrebe dacă ne e frig. De-abia după ce am întrebat dacă putem închide ușa, la 15-20 de minute de la comandă, ni s-a zis sec ca da. Inainte de acest moment, 2 dintre angajați, inclusiv doamna care ne-a servit, au fumat pe rand afară, în usa, cu fumul de țigară intrând în interior; nu s-au sinchisit sa faca loc pe masă sau să ne ia farfuriile golite, a trebuit să le punem noi pe masa alăturată; ceva amuzant - deși aveam cu noi 2 copii dintre care unul de 3 ani, nu i-a trecut nimănui prin cap sa intrebe daca avem nevoie si de furculite. per total -- au fost inacceptabil de absenți. O sa mai merg la Zensushi, dar cu siguranță nu în Decebal, și nici nu recomand atmosfera de aici. Kid-friendly...
