The Kimchi Bistro & Shop — Restaurant in Bucharest

This WAS one of my go-to Korean restaurant since few months back. But my last visit was a complete disappointment. I had the beef bulgogi, on which i failed to recognize as it was not as authentic and as good as before. The food became too salty and doesn’t taste a bit of Korean.

And another main reason why i will never come back anymore is the attitude of the waitress/cashier. She is so rude, doesn’t know how to smile or even say thank you. She will look at you like she doesn’t want you to be there. Normally, i always pay at the cashier right after I place my order, but she asked me to sit down right away. At the middle of my meal, she placed the printed bill beside my plate and reminded me to pay afterwards. When i came to the cashier desk to pay, she didn’t talk at all and didn’t even directed me to the card terminal where i need to tap my card or atleast confirm the amount that is showing on the card terminal. She needs to be trained the basic service, professionalism, and how to deal with the customers because you will end up loosing customers.

I ordered sushi delivery and it was an incredible experience! The sushi arrived fresh, beautifully packaged, and every bite was absolutely delicious. The fish was of exceptional quality, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Even delivered, the presentation was impressive, showing great attention to detail. We got the Korean fried chicken and the teriyaki poke and they were okay, but I have a few things to comment about them. First the poke, I felt like there was too much sauce drizzled on top so when I mixed them and ate it, it tasted had too much sauce and I didn’t really eat the rice.
