I had an incredible dining experience at The Kimchi! The vegetarian dishes I tried were absolutely amazing – full of flavor, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a restaurant that offers such authentic Korean cuisine with so much care put into every detail. The flavors were bold yet comforting, and everything tasted so fresh. Took my mom here and we absolutely loved it! We shared a batch of fried beef mandu—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. We also tried two servings of Korean fried chicken: one original and one with gochujang sauce. Both were incredible, but the batter on the chicken especially stood out—it actually reminded us of langoș, which gave it a nostalgic twist 😁

The side of kimchi added just the right kick, and the K-pop playing in the background created a fun and upbeat atmosphere that really tied everything together. Great...

What a cute place to visit. We ordered tteokbokki, japchae, and kimchi Pajeon. They were all delicious. If I had to rate it I would say tteokbokki is the best, japchae is 2nd then the kimchi pajeon. I think I’ll go back to try their kimbap and some of the soups.

Service was good. They spoke enough English and understood me enough to place my order and get me water.
