Uzbekistan — Restaurant in Tverskoy District

When I was on the way to the restaurant, we attempted to reserve a table online, but the request got rejected too late by the time we arrived. Upon arrival we walked into the restaurant and we asked for table of 2. Even though the restaurant was almost empty, they didn’t allow us to choose any of the tables near the entrance and escorted us to the far end of the restaurant in a corner where the music is very loud. We asked a waiter to move to a different table and she allowed us to choose the tables we initially asked for. Then 2 other rude waitresses came up to us and told us that this table is reserved in a very rude tone. We told them that your colleague allowed us to sit so they left is alone. We sat there and had food for an hour and no one claimed “the reserved table”. Im not sure what kind of game they’re playing when the restaurant is half empty and they wont allow us to choose any of the empty tables like they want us to tip them or something. At first the lady o. The desk did not want to get us in we don’t know why.then she asked the manager who let us in gladly .but we did not get a good table .we had the shush kebabs which was tasty unlike the bukhari rice which was their specialty which was oily and overrated.we liked the chicken was nice also .but when they brought us the receipt I asked them what was the open dish that cost a 100 $ dollars they told us it was for the service.they charged 15% of the total of the food .we were not told beforehand and we were shocked .I would gladly give a generous amount for the waiters ,but 15% is a lot of money.they charged too much for not that delicious food.it was not that special.I would never go back there again .if you go there beware...

Worst service ever, while we ordering the waiter left us saying he will come back after 2 minutes, we waited for 40 minutes then called to other waiters to serve us but none did.. after one full hour the waiter came back blaming us not to call him even though he never passed by our table. After that he said he is offering us tea from him as an apology but we ended up paying for it in the bill.. the bill was in Russian language but we knew that because we ordered 2 plates and paid for 3 things in the bill.
